Gabriel Jesus traveled to Brazil on international duty despite missing almost three weeks of action for Arsenal.
The forward injured his hamstring playing against Sevilla in the Champions League at Arsenal on October 24.
Jesus has since recovered with the Gunners and missed all their games, including Saturday’s 3-1 win over Burnley.
However, the forward was called up by Brazil last week and has now traveled to the South American squad.
Brazil have their 17th World Cup qualifier against Colombia. on November 22 against Argentina. in November and they hope that Jesus is right for them.

Jesus will be assessed by Brazil’s medical team and a decision will be made as to whether he can play.
Under FIFA rules, Brazil are entitled to call up Jesus and assess him themselves – as England did with Bukayo Saka last month.
That, however, was a different situation as Saka merely had to drive up from London to England’s base at St. George’s Park, whereas Jesus has flown to Brazil.
