World Relays: Jamaica’s 4x400m men fourth in heat, look to second attempt to qualify for Tokyo
Jamaica’s men’s 4x400m team were not able to book a Tokyo world championships spot on Saturday, having placed fourth in their first round heat on a frustrating opening day for Jamaican athletes at the World Relays in Guangzhou, China.
The team of Javier Brown, Zandrion Barnes, Rusheen McDonald and Tarees Rhoden ran 3:03.54 minutes after being in second place midway the race.
