When the Ole Miss Rebels play on Saturday, they will be wearing the same set of uniforms they have worn so far this season.
We now know the uniform combination that coach Lane Kiffin’s team will wear when they travel to Gainesville this weekend to play the Florida Gators. The Ole Miss Rebels are ranked ninth. On Thursday night, the Rebels made their weekend uniform announcement. They decided to go with the same mix of powder blue helmets, white jerseys, and white pants, which they have worn three times so far this season.
With victories on the road against South Carolina and Arkansas earlier in the season, Ole Miss is 2-0 this season (and all-time) in this combination. Wearing these threads, the Rebels defeated the Razorbacks 63-31 in Fayetteville and the Gamecocks 27-3 in Columbia.
As the regular season draws to a close, Ole Miss still needs to win to guarantee a spot in the College Football Playoffs, which it currently seems to be in. This week’s CFP Rankings ranked the Rebels ninth, but they will test that ranking this weekend in Gainesville before hosting Mississippi State at home on Black Friday in the Egg Bowl. The Ole Miss vs. Florida game will be broadcast on ABC and kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT on Saturday.
