The Lions defeated the Indianapolis Colts to take their steak to nine, not being beaten since dropping a game to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week two with Detroit now being the favorites to win the Super Bowl this year.
But in their win over the Colts, they looked like they might have suffered two more injuries to offensive starters, after already losing two key starters on defense this season, with David Montgomery (RB) and Taylor Decker (LT) going down.
The Bears though, are riding a five-game losing streak despite Caleb Williams’ impressive performances in back-to-back weeks, falling to fellow NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings this past weekend – who still sit one game behind the Lions. Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers sit just a game behind the Vikings in an incredibly tough division with three teams looking likely to make the playoffs.
Detroit’s game with the Bears will be the first of three games on Thanksgiving, followed by the Dallas Cowboys hosting the New York Giants before the Miami Dolphins travel to Lambeau Field to take on the Packers.
