Nottingham Forest have seen a £25 million bid for highly rated Liverpool midfielder Trey Nyoni rejected, with the Reds making it clear that the teenage prospect is not available for transfer at this stage of the summer window.

For Forest, the rejection means their search for another midfielder could continue right up to the transfer deadline.
