It was the second time this season that the Packers won against the Lions, hence completing a 2025 NFL regular season sweep of their NFC North rivals.

Love clearly did not have any holiday jitters on the field, as he went 18-of-30 for 234 passing yards and four touchdowns. He was not intercepted and absorbed zero sacks as well, as the former Utah State Aggies star QB tied a career-high in touchdown passes in a game.

The Packers did not just extend their current win streak to three games with their takedown of Jared Goff and company. They are also now 3-0 in their last three Thanksgiving Day games, all with Love. Green Bay defeated the Lions and the Miami Dolphins in 2023 and 2024 Thanksgiving Day outings, respectively.

That clearly is not lost on Love’s wife, Ronika Stone, who celebrated Green Bay’s latest win with a post on Instagram.

“The Holiday heroes strike again,” Mrs. Love wrote in her post that included a photo of Green Bay players celebrating in the end zone against the Lions.

Up ahead for Love and the Packers, who are now 8-3-1 through 13 weeks of the season, is a huge showdown against the Chicago Bears in Week 14 back home at Lambeau Field.
