Digital exhibition: 2025 World Athletics Photograph of the Year shortlisted images | World Athletics

 

 

As the countdown to the World Athletics Awards 2025 continues, a digital exhibition has been created featuring the 10 images shortlisted for World Athletics Photograph of the Year.

 

From the 141 images that were submitted, a panel of judges – comprising two-time world 100m hurdles champion Sally Pearson, four-time world triple jump champion Christian Taylor, photographer and Paris 2024 photo chief Pascal Rondeau, and World Athletics digital creative manager Christel El Saneh – selected the below 10 shortlisted images and then the three finalists.

 

The finalists were announced on 13 November and the winning photograph will be announced on World Athletics’ platforms on 28 November as part of the World Athletics Awards 2025.
