It appears that Napoli has moved swiftly for Phillip Billing, a midfielder for Bournemouth, even if Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been directly connected to a move to Paris Saint-Germain. According to Gianluca di Marzio, the Partenopei and the Cherries have reached an agreement for the Partenopei to recruit the Danish midfield player on a temporary loan with the possibility of a permanent purchase for a sum of €9–€10 million.
