Alabama football returns home for the final weekend of college football in October, as Kalen DeBoer’s squad has their eyes on getting back into the win column.
And it comes against another top-25 opponent.
Coming off a disappointing upset to then-No. 10 Tennessee last week in Knoxville, the Crimson Tide (5-2 overall, 2-2 in SEC play) are back at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium to take on No. 16 Missouri (6-1, 2-1 SEC) at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Going up against the Crimson Tide will be a banged-up Missouri squad, as the Tigers listed 14 players on their SEC availability report on Thursday — including quarterback Brady Cook. The 6-foot-2 quarterback is expected to attempt to ramp up and play Saturday vs. Alabama per ESPN’s Pete Thamel as he recovers from a high-ankle sprain vs. Auburn last week.
Expect a big game in the air from Jalen Milroe and Alabama’s offense, as Missouri’s defense has given up over 1,100 passing yards this season in seven games.
With that, follow along here for live scores, updates and highlights of Saturday’s SEC top-25 showdown between Alabama and Missouri:

Alabama vs Missouri predictions
Colin Gay, Tuscaloosa News: Alabama 28, Missouri 14
“Missouri has not seen an offense with the capability to score like Alabama. But for the past three weeks, the Crimson Tide has been unable to develop any consistency on offense — displaying a nearly non-existent run game and a predictable pass game. Missouri’s defense has been stout. Expect that to show up Saturday. But with an offense that could be without both Cook and Noel, Alabama should head into its second off week with a comfortable win.”
